Route Package Protection

The Model Surgeon ships to all 50 U.S. states, as well as Canada and Mexico. Domestic orders ship at a standard rate of $6.95, unless your order totals more than $99. Orders to Canada and Mexico are a standard shipping rate of $14.99.

The Model Surgeon processes orders Monday-Friday in the order they are received, please allow 7-10 business days for order processing and shipment.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Please report any lost or stolen packages to our Customer Care Team immediately, support@themodelsurgeon.com, so we can investigate and resolve the issue.

Refused or Undeliverable Packages
If for some reason your package is refused or undeliverable, you will be charged a $15 fee for USPS packages. Please ensure that your shipping address is correct before placing your order to avoid incurring this fee.

Change of Address After Shipment
If you need to change the delivery address of your package after it has been shipped, please note you will be charged a $15 fee for re-shipment. Please note that any change in address will delay the arrival of your package.
