How Do I Reset My Password?

Please click this link to request a password reset. Once you have submitted the request, it can take up to ten minutes for it to appear in your inbox. If you don’t see it there, please make sure to check your Spam/Junk folder (as it can sometimes end up there). Where Can I Find My Order History?

You can see any orders placed at The Model Surgeon by logging into your Model Surgeon account. Once there, click on the “Orders” tab to review previous purchases.

Shipping Methods + Rates

The Model Surgeon ships to all 50 of the United States. We do not ship internationally.  The Model Surgeon processes orders Monday-Friday in the order they are received, please allow 7-10 business days for order processing and shipment.

Lost or Stolen Packages

We encourage all customers to purchase Route Insurance at checkout as each item is "one-of-a-kind" and cannot be replaced if lost or stolen in transit.

If you believe your package was lost or stolen, please file a claim with the carrier so that they may investigate what happened and issue you a refund. Once the package leaves our warehouse, we are no longer responsible for what happens to it and will not be able to refund or replace the lost or stolen items. Thank you for your understanding.

Refused or Undeliverable Packages

If for some reason your package is refused or undeliverable, you will be charged a $15 fee for USPS packages. Please ensure that your shipping address is correct before placing your order to avoid incurring this fee.

Change of Address After Shipment

If you need to change the delivery address of your package after it has been shipped, please note you will be charged a $15 fee for re-shipment. Please note that any change in address will delay the arrival of your package.
